~~Pre - Civil War Period Hanging Pennsylvania Grease Lamp~~
The pan measures 3 1/2 inches x 3 1/2 inches. The tall curved handle measures 5 inches in height. The hand wrought chain and hook will add 9 inches to the length, when hung. No repairs & no restoration, that I am aware of. Pure and unaltered.
This is a primitive piece of lighting that was originally out of Berks County Pennsylvania. It has been in a private collection for over 30 years. Hangs and displays nicely.
Circa: 1840-1860. Pennsylvania origin.
